Wednesday 22nd September 2021.

Wow! We’ve been closeted away for eighteen months, and at last PCO can rise phoenix-like from Covid restrictions.

I’m sure everyone will give a very warm welcome to Brian, our NEW and incredibly experienced MD/conductor, and his music graduate assistant, Charlie.

We’ve got new arrangements of familiar music to get to grips with, and we will also be playing some of Brian’s own compositions.

The hall will be open from 7pm each week. Please be ready to play at 7.30pm prompt. We will finish at 9.30pm. As usual, tea, coffee etc will be available, during the 15-20 min half time break, in return for a small donation, say 40p.

With Covid still a concern, please observe sensible precautions; personal distancing, masks, hand sanitising etc.

Don’t forget your instrument (not as silly as it sounds), music stand, registration form if you’ve printed it off from the last chairman’s email, refreshment money, and 55p (the cost to me) for a 4B pencil if you wish to mark up our lovely new sheet music.

Please email myself or Catherine at if you have any queries, however small.

Look forward to seeing you next week…… last. Be there or be square. 🙃
